Jade bonsai is considered one of vastu plants.

Here few tips are mentioned to maintain Jade bonsai

Watering –

Thumb rule for watering is ,if topsoil about an inch dries up start watering.

watering should be such a way that it should flow out from drain holes.

Summer-Alternate day once water  thoroughly

Rainy season- depending on Rain weekly once water.

Winter – water once a week.

 Note- avoid watering on foliage for jade plants since it is from desert plants. It doesn’t like too much water.

Sunlight-

In general it Requires full sun.

For an indoor place under warm LED lights or sky glass or near a window. water weekly once if kept indoor while water keep the plant in shaded are water in the morning and shit indoor by evening

So that soil gets drained and plants also get little sunlight.

Pruning-

Prune or pinch extra growth every  3 months once. sanitize tools before Pruning.

Repotting-

once In a  3 years may be good to repot a bonsai. (  soil should be, agrigate soil 5 to 8mm size).

Feeding-

Apply NPK 3gm /Ltr water every monthly once or use osmocote fertilizer.  don’t use organics for jade ,since it’s a desert plant it won’t require much organic fertilizer.

Pest control 

Normally pest won’t attack for jade incase required

Apply neem soap 1gm per 1 Ltr water and spray weekly once for 4 weeks then stop.

To avoid root rot apply fungicide or  nimaticide pesticides 3gm per liter of water once in 15 days by drenching the soil , especially in the rainy season.
